Our software linked to augmented reality (AR) devices connects field technicians with remote experts for a hands-on instruction session. 
During it, a support expert gets access to a technician’s field of view in real-time, provides verbal and visual instructions (by putting pointers, arrows and markers “in front of technician’s eyes” to explain exactly where the problem lies) and collaborates with the technician to solve the issue in the most effective way.
This way machine installation, maintenance, production lines setup, hands-on training and solving technical issues can be assisted by experts remotely.
